Explore Dance Schools Serving Poole

Aimees Dance Academy is a premier dance education institution established in 2010 in Poole, Dorset. Specialising in ballet, contemporary, street dance and performance arts, the academy offers structured training for students aged 3 to adult. With award-winning instruction and purpose-built facilities, we develop technical excellence while nurturing creativity and confidence through dance.

Dance Majic is Dorsets longest-established dance school, providing Ballroom, Latin, Acro, and Commercial dance classes for ages 2 to 92. Since 1975, we have delivered expert tuition from beginner to advanced levels, including IDTA examinations and bespoke wedding choreography. Our inclusive, community-focused approach combines technical excellence with accessible learning for all abilities.

Western Association of Ballet Schools educates children in dance and provides public performance opportunities through large-scale productions and educational grants. We coordinate seven affiliated dance schools, producing annual shows at the Pavilion Theatre while operating as a registered charity since 1979. Our volunteer committee delivers both artistic and educational programmes without remuneration.
