Berryhill Cottage is an accessible bungalow which has been fully modernised to provide 3 bedrooms, a large sitting room and a fully equipped dining kitchen. At ground level there are three bedrooms (1 en-suite), utility room and bathroom. Upstairs is a huge open plan kitchen / dining / living-room which has views out across our fields.
