Hale Construction was established by carpenter, Jonathan Hale, in 1996. At the time, the company consisted of just Jonathan and one other member of staff. Since then it has grown rapidly and currently employs over 130 people, all based in Neath. It now delivers major construction projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and the private building
