We run a range of yoga classes in a heated studio. We heat the studio to 26-29°C during the daytime and to 35-39°C in the evenings.
The reason for these temperatures is as follows; during the day we want students to be able to warm and stretch their muscles without leaving them too exhausted or sweaty as they head back out into their day
