Vaccination QR codes are now available to download on the NHS Inform portal. These QR codes can be used if you are attending any events (such as concerts) of if you are asked to provide evidence to enter certain premises. If you have received any doses out-with Scotland, the vaccination status team can also take a note of your vaccine details e.g.
