This is a recent project we undertook in Barnston, Wirral. We built a rear lounge extension and converted a garage to create an ensuite bedroom. Because of the location, the house was built on a mixture of sandstone rock, so we had to build the rear extension on underpinned concrete pads - tricky work but the end result makes it all worthwhile.
