They are not based in England, they are a call centre in India, complete scam. They will not refund my money and have said that the cost of the new ticket is 4 times more. they expect me to pay over 2000.00
I will contact trading standards. In the mean time don't use this site, they don't know their own address. When someone says that their name is Sara or Raymond with a strong Indian accent you know it's a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I would AVOID this agent or whatever they claim to be. They are booking non-refundable flights during covid-19 restrictions knowing most customers are unable to fly to specific destinations. With this being said theyll take more money from you to change your flight or destination!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTSSSS!! SCAMMERS. Our flight last year April was cancelled due to Covid 19. We were led to believe that we had a travel voucher to use for a booking up until July 2021. Upon calling Ethiopian Airlines today I come to find out that our flight was refunded and they thought they had refunded the person who the booking was made under.. But oh know, who knows where the money went, all I hear from Checknfly is their mystery supplier !! Fair enough I couldn't care less as long as we get to use the voucher for the same flight. So i request the same flight with the same
