Our Reiki Master, Kristy, is an intuitive healer, and as such runs her classes based on the traditional, Eastern style of Reiki, honouring the lineage of with Usui. We can also run 1-1 courses, so please get in touch regarding dates. Ongoing support is offered to all our students, and we also run Reiki shares to help you practice & gain confidence.
Reiki Level 1

Our First Degree Reiki course will introduce you to the wonderful world of Reiki and guide you on your path to Self Healing & Spiritual development. It is important for us to honour the teaching of Usui, and it's for this reason that we teach courses from the traditional Eastern perspective. You will be attuned to the Reiki energy and learn about the body's energy systems.
