Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy addresses musculoskeletal disorders through manual techniques including joint manipulation, soft tissue work, and postural correction. This therapy treats chronic pain, acute injuries, and postural imbalances by restoring natural body mechanics. Patients receive tailored treatment plans incorporating remedial exercises and lifestyle advice for long-term wellness benefits.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture utilises fine needles to stimulate specific points for pain relief and wellness improvement. This traditional Chinese medicine technique effectively treats headaches, back pain, and stress-related conditions through holistic energy regulation. Practitioners combine acupuncture with acupressure techniques for comprehensive pain management and general well-being enhancement.
Sports Massage
Sports massage focuses on injury prevention and performance enhancement through deep tissue techniques. This therapy improves muscle function, reduces recovery time, and prevents injuries for athletes and active individuals. Treatments include soft tissue manipulation and rehabilitation exercises tailored to individual physical demands and fitness goals.
Reflexology
Reflexology applies pressure to foot reflex points to promote systemic wellness. This complementary therapy enhances circulation, reduces stress, and supports natural healing processes through targeted foot massage techniques. Practitioners integrate reflexology with other therapeutic approaches for comprehensive treatment plans.
Beauty Treatments
Beauty treatments include facials, microdermabrasion, and nail care services for skin and personal grooming needs. These treatments combine aesthetic enhancement with therapeutic benefits like lymphatic drainage and skin rejuvenation techniques. Services are delivered by qualified beauty therapists using professional skincare products.

I should of left a review years ago, Tom and I go back 12 years and he was instrumental in getting me back from a very bad accident, where I had broken my back and both feet, plus other trivial bones.
Tom is not just a great Osteopath but a very positive person to be in the hands of. I have recomended Tom to many people and the few that have visited him have been very pleased. I still visit Tom today as he is my go too man for unlocking my body. Thank you Tom.
