Once obtaining his Business degree, Marcus commenced his career in the recruitment arena. After a successful stint within the IT sector and given his extreme drive and passion for the industry, in the year 2000 he set up ARC IT. Marcus hasn't looked back and over 20 years, he has successfully grown a team of excellent and dedicated recruiters and team members.
