Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy focuses on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders through hands-on techniques. We address structural imbalances affecting mobility, pain, and function, offering relief for conditions like back pain, headaches, and sports injuries. Our practitioners use tailored approaches, including cranial osteopathy for infants and adults, ensuring safe, effective care for all ages.
Sports Massage
Sports massage targets muscle tension and injuries caused by physical activity or repetitive strain. Our osteopaths combine deep tissue techniques with mobility exercises to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and improve performance. This service benefits athletes, office workers, and individuals with chronic pain from postural imbalances or overuse.
Dietitian Services
Our dietitian specialises in managing gastrointestinal conditions, food allergies, and intolerances through evidence-based dietary plans. Services include FODMAP guidance, coeliac disease support, and gut-directed hypnotherapy for IBS. Personalised consultations help patients improve digestion, energy levels, and overall health through targeted nutrition strategies.
Counselling
Counselling provides a confidential space to address emotional and psychological challenges impacting physical health. Our therapist works with adults and young people on issues like anxiety, trauma, and stress-related conditions, offering short or long-term therapy to promote mental well-being and resilience alongside physical treatments.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy alleviates muscle tension, improves circulation, and promotes relaxation through techniques like warm bamboo and lymphatic drainage. Tailored sessions address specific concerns such as neck and shoulder pain or full-body stress relief. Additional options include natural lift face massage and Reiki for enhanced wellness and recovery.

Went in with a very bad back, and after one session alone I felt ten times better. After the second session I almost felt good as new, hadn't felt that well back wise in years. Amy looked after me and she is absolutely amazing, can't recommend enough.
