First Aid at Work
This 3-day course equips workplace first aiders with skills to manage emergencies including cardiac arrest, severe bleeding, and unconsciousness. Delegates learn CPR, AED use, and trauma management, gaining an Ofqual-regulated Level 3 Award. Ideal for high-risk environments requiring HSE compliance.
Mental Health First Aid
A two-day programme certifying delegates as Mental Health First Aiders. Covers depression, anxiety, crisis intervention, and workplace wellbeing strategies. Helps organisations reduce mental health-related absenteeism while promoting psychologically safe environments aligned with UK workplace standards.
AED Training
One to two-hour sessions teaching safe AED operation and CPR techniques. Combines theory with practical exercises for cardiac arrest response. Available as public courses or on-site training for up to 12 delegates, with optional AED equipment supply.
