First Aid at Work
This 3-day course trains designated workplace first aiders to handle emergencies effectively. Delegates learn life support techniques, injury assessment, and casualty care in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act requirements. The qualification remains valid for three years following successful completion.
Paediatric First Aid
A comprehensive 2-day course designed for childcare professionals and parents. Covers emergency response for infants and children under eight years old, meeting Ofsted requirements and Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines. Includes practical skills for managing accidents and illnesses.
Emergency First Aid at Work

What first aid qualifications do you offer?
We provide Ofqual-regulated qualifications including First Aid at Work (3 days), Paediatric First Aid (2 days), Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) and refresher courses through QNUK accreditation.
Are your courses HSE approved?
Our training meets current HSE guidelines for workplace first aid provision, though the HSE no longer directly approves individual courses following regulatory changes in 2013.

Just finished my 2 day paediatric first aid course with Jeff, very in-depth course and made to feel welcome and confutable, room with free refreshments. A few thing have changed since I last did this course and Jeff was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the first aid, answered all questions in depth and with confidence. I feel really refreshed and confident in giving first aid. This course is for anyone and I highly recommend this course I think it’s very good knowledge to have even for parents . Also at a very competitive price! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Absolutely brilliant. Before I even started the course Jeff was amazingly accomodating, helping me to reboook after a personal issue that stopped me from attending my original course date. Jeff was very welcoming from the start and made the course interesting, engaging and very informative. Jeff is clearly very knowledgable in his field and provided information in a way that was easy to understand. This is the 3rd first aid course I have done and, without doubt, the best; I will come back when due for renewal and will recommend to others!

My employers sent me on a 3 day First Aid at Work course at A1. The days were very insightful and the training was broken down into easy to digest sections. It was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and Jeff's knowledge of First Aid was clearly evident. I really enjoyed the course. From what I gather form my employer it was very reasonably priced also.
