Excellent service received from Jones so far. We dealt with Derek & Eddie and they made a great double act. They were both very thorough with checking and double checking as we had many aspects to our order. We were very pleased with the price and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Whilst Jones the Furnishers might not be situated on a prime retail park in a modern building, their quality products and professionalism should not be under-estimated - and certainly a worthwhile visit. We visited their showroom today and received a friendly welcome, with the greeting encouraging us to browse and that their help was available if needed. During our browsing we did approach Derek who answered all our questions and gave advice without being over-bearing - certainly a refreshing change from most salespersons. We selected a couple of sofas that met our requirements and again approached
