Very good service from initial order to delivery. My Terminator log cabin was delivered on a day to suit me and everything was in the pack instructions were easy to follow and lots of helpful video's available on YouTube. Took me two days to fully construct. Now in the process of adding personal touches. Would Highly recommend Dunster House.

I bought the Terminator 4x3 garden room (45mm wood) from Dunster in April 21 and used their RapdiGrid base as well which worked really well and a much preferred option for me compared to putting in a concrete base. Really helpful customer service guys made purchasing very painless and even enabled me to modify purchase several weeks after being made which was really helpful. Delivery was roughly in the 8-10 weeks estimated and the communication surrounding the delivery is excellent too, even able to track the lorry coming to your property online. Delivery will only drop all the materials literally

I purchased the Rhine log cabin which was delivered both on time and very efficiently onto the front drive of my home. It's an excellent product and reasonably easy to assemble. It took me 2 days to single handedly construct the log cabin with a little help from the wife to lift the apex into position and a further day to fit the shingle roof covering. The on-line instructions are clear, although the printed version included with the product was poorly copied and difficult to read. I would definitely recommend this versatile product to anyone seeking to add a log cabin to their property.

Excellent product and after sales from these guys. We purchased additional
Panels to make a bar and adapt the gazebo to our own design. Always very helpful on the phone and all delivered when they said and plenty of notice. More than enough fittings to complete the job and straight forward instructions. Will definitely use Dunster house products for our next project. Great value and quality.

I ordered a pergola for during a total upgrade to my garden. Can't recommend Dunster House enough, their communication was great & the goods arrived on time. I managed to put it up by myself although this isn't recommended & I'm really pleased with the way it has turned out & the value for money. Would be happy to order from them again.

Ordered our Gazebo in the January sale and erected it in April. Im really happy with the
Quality of the product and how clear the
Instructions are to put it up although I do have to admit I did get professional help
Who said it was the best Gazebo they had
Ever put up. With electricity now in and lights and heater installed and furniture in place it looks and feels great. I am now just waiting for the canvas sides to be manufactured and delivered which will finish it off for use in the colder days and nights.
