Sukhpal qualified as a Notary Public in 2009 from Cambridge University and has provided notarial services to clients throughout this time. As well as notarising and certifying existing documents, we can prepare documents for you from scratch, including powers of attorney, company resolutions and statutory declarations.Alternatively, we can review documents which have been prepared and advise if any changes may be required. Legalisation is the process of authenticating or certifying a document so that a foreign country's legal system will recognize it as having full legal effect.

Our fees for notarisation services are normally provided on a per document basis with additional fees for supplementary services such as arranging legalisation or travelling to locations away from our offices to meet with clients. We are able to offer discounted rates for matters involving the notarisation of multiple documents or where clients have regular requirements for notarial services.

A Notary Public is a qualified lawyer - a member of the third and oldest branch of the legal profession in England and Wales. Your Meeting

Although not imperative it is advisable for you to send a copy of the document requiring authentication in advance of your meeting to Sukhpal so that he can see what is required. Sometimes documents provide for a number of witnesses or for the Notary Public to give a certificate e.g. as to the status of the person signing on behalf of a company.
