Stayed a few nights with our Dog, nice quite location with forest walks starting from the Gardens. Very dog friendly they get a blanket and towel plus a bed. Food was very good, with a nice choice of wine and they do lovely alcohol coffees

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and yet efficient and professional. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very tasty and of a high standard.

We came for a baby shower and had an afternoon tea. The setting us beautiful and the food was lovely, even got a goody bag to take home! The hotel was clean and the staff very polite and helpful.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Dinner menu is excellent. The 18" TV in the room would be my only quibble. Definitely good value three star hotel.

We visited for afternoon tea for a big family birthday. From the planning to the visit the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I have an allergy and the information provided was both helpful and reassuring. I would highly recommend afternoon tea here, especially to dog owners looking for dog friendly locations.

Lovely, friendly welcome and service from all the staff. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was delicious and varied and really set us up for walks in the forest which is on your doorstep.
