We had an overlay screed and ufh heating installed through the whole ground floor of our renovation. Mark was fantastic to deal with throughout, visting me a number of times before quoting and answering my many messages and email at all times. The team were polite and efficient on the day and floor looks great. The team helpfully also took lots of good photos for me so i know for future where pipe runs etc are. Would certainly recommend pro screed.

Pro Screed installed a UFH system with screed on my studio project. Overall they were polite, attentive and worked efficiently. They coped very well when I asked them to upsize the manifold and to incorporate a towel rail at short notice. I would recommend to a friend, thanks Mark!

We had a fantastic experience working with Pro Screed York on our kitchen extension floor with under floor heating. The team were both professional and personable and took the time to make sure the job was done exactly to our specifications. The aftercare was also fantastic. Such a pleasure to have on site and I cant recommend the team highly enough.
