I had boiler cover with first call for nearly 3 years and not needed to call them for any breakdown, and when I had a problem and needed an engineer who came and looked at the work and said the boiler repair cost is too much and refused to do any work. What is the point of having.boiler cover when they can't repair it when you need it repaired. So I would advise people not to have boiler cover with first call.

Absolutely First Class from start to finish. We have recently had our combination boiler serviced in line with the manufacturers guarantee. From booking the appointment with the office to the engineer coming out everything was taking care off. Polite, prompt & professional. Its refreshing in this day & age that a company still value old fashioned service, by turning up on time & doing the work promised in a tidy, safe & professional manner.

AVOID!!!
Gone massively downhill. They quoted me 2000 for a replacement boiler (when it really should have been free under their insurance policy) but they weasled out of paying. A local independent did it for 1200 and far quicker.
Ive cancelled my policy.
