As soon as I made contact with Linda at Roper James I was made to feel valued - these guys are far less 'stuffy' than other solicitors whilst being twice as professional. I had contacted other solicitors in the area for what proved for them to be too small a matter - Roper James on the other hand realised the importance of the matter to ME and everything was done and dusted within a couple of hours of my first contacting them. The human face of solicitors!

Called up a week before hand to schedule an appointment and briefed firm what the matter was concerning. Arrived a week later an seen on time. The solicitor had a lot of "I don't know" answers, even though they informed us on the phone they would look up the relevant legislation. I gained more knowledge reading a text book and the legislation myself.
