We got recommended by a family member to use kitsons first time buying a house so we had no idea on the process our solicitor was great at the start she then left the company and we had someone else deal with our house purchase. We had to always chase them up they never answered there phone calls so we were always on edge not knowing what was going on. When your paying someone a lot of money you expect them to answer you right? Nope not this company it made our house experience painful because we always had to chase and if we didnt then we didnt know how far along we were in getting the keys
