Hidden away in the quiet village of Stretton-on-Fosse on the Gloucestershire-Warwickshire border, the award-winning Plough Inn is quaint and quirky, dating back to the 17th Century and boasting a wealth of traditional character with its open inglenook fireplace, low exposed beams and flagstone floor.
It is very much a proper traditional English pub that you don't tend to find anymore offering a delicious menu of lunches, evenings meals and a Traditional Sunday Roast. The Plough Inn is an independent, family run public house near Moreton-in-Marsh, Shipston-on-Stour and Chipping Campden. It's owners Graham and Lisa Nice pride themselves on a warm and friendly welcome, their motto is 'enter as strangers, leave as friends'.
