Rubbish customer service, extremely rude & unprofessional. I can't believe I used them previously in the past. they do not appreciate repeat Buisnes. plenty other refurb compnays out there... in the car industry & specially me being Enthusiast word of mouth goes a long way. Void this compnay.

Took my Tesla in to fix the door handle and sorted the aircon issues - staffs there are super prompt and helpful. Booked a time for checks with them and they were able to fix the handle on the spot. Very easy to work with - certainly don't help my cars play up but if they do I certainly wouldn't mind going back to First Aid Wheels.

Had my Smart brabus wheels refurbished to BMW ferric grey, , picked them up today , brilliant job, highly recommended .
Update : also paid extra for wheels to be ceramic coated , well worth it , so easy to clean , dirt just comes off so easily .

Excellent customer service. I came from Oxford to get exchanged silver powder coated alloys for my children's Range Rover Evoque. Kai kept me informed via email and cell phone regarding when the alloys will be ready to come in for the exchange. The price was very reasonable for the set of wheels. On meeting Kai, he was very friendly, polite and courteous. He also inspected my tyres for health and safety and legal requirements, as they were to be removed from the old alloys and put on the new alloys. Kai's team of workers were very nice to meet as well. I highly recommend this company for alloy
