Motorbike wheel refurbishment
Report
Motorcycle wheels don't normally get kerb damaged in the same way as car wheels, however, they can still be refurbished if they do get scratched or need of bespoke colour change. We regularly refurbish motorbike wheels. They require special process and need to be delivered to us without bearings or hubs and without the tyre.
Alloy wheel Straightening
Report
Alloy wheels can get damaged in a variety of ways, they can get hit by a curb or bent on a pothole. If you are experiencing vibrations or shaking from your steering wheel or excessive tyre wear or tyres, which do not seem to be lasting very long after purchase then it is likely that your alloy wheel is suffering from some damage.
Alloy Wheel Welding
Report
Alloy wheels can sustain cracks easily especially when driven over potholes and speed bumps. Larger alloys requiring tyres with lower-profile sidewalls are more susceptible to crack damage. The welding process: If appropriate, the damaged area will be cut and shaped to receive the weld.

It will then be welded inside and out using welding equipment which minimizes the amount of heat transferred into the alloy but with the intention of maximizing the strength of the weld without unduly softening the alloy. We always weld in such a way that the repair is at least flush with the surface of the wheel.
