We are audited by the FSA and you are welcome to come and visit us anytime to see firsthand just how much we care about quality and hygiene. We, as a company believe in keeping as much business on the Island as possible.
This could have proved difficult as the only abattoir on the Island closed over 20 years ago, undeterred, we worked closely with the local farming community to find an abattoir where the animals could go direct from the farms, to the abattoir and back to our cutting plant.Therefore we are pleased to say 80% of our meat is now sourced locally, brought directly from the farmers with the rest being sourced from other UK suppliers.

We offer free delivery Island wide 6 days a week (Mon to Sat) for orders over 15.00, we regret that orders under 15.00 will not qualify for home delivery and you will only have the option of Click and Collect in store.
