Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment applies for cancellations within 14 days of arrival unless rooms are re-let. Special cases considered.

Just returned home after staying here for 4 days, we absolutely loved out time here Paul and Leen are very friendly. Beautiful house and grounds. Rooms with everything we needed and the breakfast was great even had there very own chickens for the eggs!
