We had a lovely one night stay in the Western House Hotel. Couldn't fault it at all. Dinner in the jockey restaurant was absolutely lovely and breakfast in the morning was really nice also. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

First time staying at this hotel and it was fantastic best service i have ever received the man went above and beyond for us. He couldn't do anything more for us. I will be back more often and I recommend this hotel 100 percent. I stayed on the 2nd January and the night staff were amazing he done anything and everything he could for us. Couldn't ask for a better service. Xx

Comfortable and friendly hotel. Room was well furnished but had one problem. We had booked a room with a walk in shower which meant that we had a washbasin that was very small and not much above knee height. Difficult for guests with back problems to use easily in consequence. Meals were good and efficiently served. Plenty of car parking space handily adjacent to accommodation

Lovely stay at The Western House, the old building is looking fantastic and the grounds are immaculate. The room I had was in the main building and was lovely, warm and well equipped with everything you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Only small grumble is no plug to put phone charger next to bed. The staff are brilliant, a warm welcome and nothing was too much bother for them. I look forward to another visit soon.

My daughter had her wedding here on Friday 26/11/2021. Couldn't fault the hotel, staff were lovely & attentive. Food fantastic. The day was brilliant from the start to the finish.
