We had booked a complete service which included a full packing. The guys worked tirelessly, aided by plenty of tea and coffee, and completed the task in unde4 a day, although allocated two days. When it came to unloading, the narrow road was no problem, even though the furniture had to be transshipped to a smaller vehicle. Everything arrived perfect and they even took back a lot of the packaging as well as the boxes. And to cap it all, they offered to collect the boxes once wed unpacked. A professional outfit.

Dibbens carried out our move from North Norfolk to the Isle of Wight (a three days move) amid the difficulties of the Covid lockdown. . Throughout they were approachable, helpful, and professional, accommodating several date changes, and even providing storage at short notice and for an indeterminate time. They could not have been more helpful, and were also extremely competitive on price.

Dibbens helped me with a series of complicated moves across 12 months as my partner and I moved in together. Picking items up from 3 locations, moving some into their extremely reasonable storage facility and some to my home Dibbens have provided a friendly, helpful and cost effective solution to our family needs. They have been flexible allowing us access to our storage containers over the last year to sort them out taking stuff slowly to charity and our new home. Dibbens from start to finish were amazing on all fronts, from professional contact, support, advice and price. Unfortunately our buyers pulled out the sale literally whilst the guys were on site packing, a total nightmare and obviously a real shock to us. Dibbens were fantastic, they helped tidy stuff, moved things out our immediate way and were extremely helpful. We will be moving eventually and have no hesitation in using them again.

We have used Dibbens Removal on several occasions over the years, from storing furniture to removals, and I have to say the service has always been exceptional.
Operationally, they are organised and have constant contact to reassure you that they will be where they say they will, and on arrival cannot do enough for you. They even helped me re-build my table and chairs on arrival to the new premises just as a helping hand!
Friendly, yet risk adverse removal men that make sure your belongings are taken care of and not thrown around and I cannot recommend them enough thanks so much!
