This is the 2nd time we have used this firm to move us. Once again we could not ask for a more reliable, hard working, professional team. They turned up exactly on time, smart, friendly chaps. The guys were always smiling, even when trying to get our heavy settees through tight doorways and hallways. We would have no hesitation in recommending ASAP in future. Thanks so much for a superb job.

Told me they could move all my furniture and plant pots but this wasn't true and still charged me full price. I am a single mum with two young children and I am disabled. I had to hire a van from the amazing U-Drive and do 5 trips, 1 hour each way! I have MS, Arthritis and Carpool tunnel. This is not acceptable. I have no help and not only had to pay them but I then had to pay over 200 for a hire van and petrol. I used this company because they are meant to be professional and supposedly had a good reputation but I will never use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone!!! They also

Booked ASAP for a full pack and move service last week. Everything went to plan. They turned up on time with a good group of lads, packed in 1 day and returned the following day to load 2 vans and take us to our new home. Overall an excellent service, efficient, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top class removal company.
