Brilliant how this family run firm goes the extra mile. Unfortunately our introduction was just before the pandemic but the dedication of the staff in getting our money returned even when they were losing money by the day was exemplary! We vowed to use there service to help this local ATOL agent again in the future and although we normally never use travel/package agents we feel the extra money is worth it, thank you to John and his team.

Im not one to give bad reviews especially for small businesses as they have it hard enough as it is. However myself and my partner was treated so badly I feel justified to do so. We went to oakhurst a year before to book our honeymoon giving all the details for our holiday. Was explained the person would get in touch after searching the right place for us. 3 weeks later no response and had to give same details again. Majority of those details were ignored and sold us a holiday we didnt ask for. These details were overseen due to misrepresentation and lack of information in prosures and websites

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Turkey, booked through Oakhurst travel, and have now booked next years holiday to Cuba with them. My family have been using Oakhurst travel since 1982, when my parents booked a skiing holiday with them. They continued to book several holidays a year until recently, when my dad's health meant it was no longer possible for him to travel. Indeed, when my Dad was taken ill whilst on holiday in Lanzarote, the support from oakhurst was invaluable.
