Horses have always been a part of Ellie's life. Both her parents work in the industry and her sister Jodie Hall McAteer competes regularly on the international Show Jumping circuit. When the opportunity came along to take on Hyde Park Stables, Ellie immediately saw the opportunity to turn her passion for horses and London into a business.
Ellie hopes that keeping the horses in Central London will help make the sport accessible to people in the city as well as encourage more people to take up an outdoor activity and experience the love of horses.

Hyde Park Stables offer adults and children semi-private and private horse rides, horse riding lessons and arena lessons, all year round in Hyde Park London. Semi-private lessons/rides are availble when booking for two or more riders at the same time. Please call if you would like to book in a group larger than 4 riders.
Livery

For anyone looking to keep their horses close to Central London, we offer livery services at our other yard just 12 miles north of Hyde Park Stables. There are frequent, direct trains from Kings Cross Station that run daily. We offer training packages tailored to your needs and requirements, catering to all abilities.

Wear long trousers to protect legs from chafing against the saddle. Avoid any clothing that could get tangled in equipment including scarves, thin tank top straps, and long, loose sweaters or shirts. The maximum weight limit for riders is 13 stone / 180 lb / 80kg - please note our weight limits are strictly observed.
