Went to get a Daith piercing here today at 4pm and it really was the worst piercing experience! Took ages to get the needle through and even longer to try and get the ring in. At one point my ear cavity was filled with blood, very uncomfortable and painful (and I have a high pain tolerance).Tried with 3 different types of jewelry and the piercer still couldn't get it in so ended up stopping and leaving after about an hour- no piercing but definitely a painful very sore ear. Was told "not all ears can get this piercing" and "my ear is stubborn" also told to try again in a few days after its healed

I cannot recommend Steelpoint highly enough. Their creativity, professionalism and skill surpass any other tattoo artist I have been to. I wish I had found them sooner! I had a full back cover up after a disastrous piece by another artist plus a thigh piece. During the consultation Gayle really understood what I wanted to achieve and was able to bring my vision to life, taking care with placement, design and detail. The studio is meticulously clean and they do their utmost to make you feel comfortable.
