staff are very friendly and the piercer, i believe her name is lottie, made me very comfortable and explained what she was doing as she was piercing me which helped me to relax. the shop looks really cool too XD

I loved it here! i walked in to get my earlobes pierced and was out in less than ten minutes. the people working there are all lovely and very friendly, i was offered advice and resources on how to take care of my piercing, and the lady who pierced my ears was very calming and supportive as i was a bit nervous to get it done. i think her name was lottie, she was really nice :) overall super sweet, professional and welcoming place, definitely recommend!

For anyone else with a needle phobia excessively reading reviews like I was: GET YOUR (nose) PIERCING DONE! Just do it! It was super fast and the pain is NOT as bad as you'd expect, just a tiny pinch as it goes in. You'll be done before you know it and be super happy with the result! :)
