Our chiropractors (Shaana and Bethan) work closely with a network of other practitioners including Midwives, Breastfeeding consultants, Doulas, Massage therapists, pilates and yoga instructors and kinesiologists so that you and your families health needs are individually met and supported.

Shaana graduated from Chiropractic College in South Africa in 2002, after a 6-year intensive Masters degree in Chiropractic. Following graduation she travelled to the UK and gained a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from the British Chiropractic Association. Shaana is passionate about Chiropractic health care and helping people enjoy their lives.
Bethan Williams

Bethan became interested in chiropractic at young age when she regularly received 'MOT' treatment with the rest of her family. She enjoyed the ability chiropractic gave her and her family to be health, without the use of invasive techniques and drugs and now offers this approach to her patients. Bethan enjoys helping people return to a more optimum health and a pain-free healthy lifestyle.

The centre's chiropractors Shaana van Aardenne and Bethan Williams use a combination of two chiropractic techniques: the classical chiropractic technique called Diversified and Saco Occipital Technique (SOT).
