Services
Chiropractic adjustments
Our chiropractors use precise manual adjustments to improve joint mobility and alleviate pain from musculoskeletal conditions. This treatment addresses spinal misalignments, joint restrictions, and nerve compression through controlled force application. Patients receive thorough assessments before treatment to ensure suitability and safety.
Diagnostic ultrasound
We utilise diagnostic ultrasound for real-time musculoskeletal assessment of muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This non-invasive imaging helps diagnose injuries, guide treatment planning, and monitor healing progress without radiation exposure. Our clinic's ultrasound service is led by a qualified practitioner with specialist postgraduate training.
Sports injury treatment
Our team specialises in treating sports-related injuries through combined chiropractic care and rehabilitation. We address acute injuries, chronic conditions, and performance optimisation for athletes at all levels. Treatment incorporates soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, and tailored exercise programmes to restore function and prevent recurrence.
Posture assessment
We conduct comprehensive posture evaluations to identify biomechanical imbalances contributing to pain and dysfunction. Our assessments consider work environments, lifestyle factors, and movement patterns to develop corrective strategies that improve alignment and reduce musculoskeletal strain through targeted interventions.
Rehabilitation exercises
Customised exercise programmes form integral part of our treatment plans to enhance recovery and prevent future issues. These evidence-based exercises focus on strengthening weak muscles, improving flexibility, and restoring proper movement patterns under professional guidance to ensure correct technique and optimal outcomes.

What conditions do you treat?
We treat musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, joint issues, sports injuries, and nerve-related discomfort. Our care addresses both acute injuries and chronic conditions through manual therapy and rehabilitation.
Do I need a referral to visit?
No referral is needed as we are primary contact practitioners. However, some insurance providers may require GP referrals for coverage. We maintain professional relationships with local medical practitioners for collaborative care when needed.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Your initial consultation includes detailed history taking, comprehensive physical examination, and treatment suitability assessment. If appropriate, treatment may begin immediately alongside explanation of your personalised care plan and prognosis.
Are your treatments covered by insurance?
Most major private medical insurers cover chiropractic treatment. We recommend checking your specific policy details. We provide necessary documentation for insurance claims and direct billing arrangements where available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major card payments. Accounts are settled after each treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment plans may be available for extensive treatment programmes with prior agreement.
Do you offer corporate healthcare services?
Yes, our Corporate Chiropractic Scheme helps businesses reduce staff absenteeism through preventative care and injury management. We provide workplace assessments, ergonomic advice, and on-site treatment options tailored to organisational needs.
