I cant recommend Rachel highly enough, I was really struggling with back pain and within a short space of time Rachel got my back feeling a lot better, I would definitely go back to see Rachel if I have any problems in the future.

Had a few sessions with Rachel. She explained to me everything and made me feel relaxed. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Really has helped loosen me off and reduced shoulder and neck pain. I think this will be a regular thing to me now. Absolutely 100% recommend to anyone.

Ive been going over a year now and when I started my weekly visits I struggled to swivel my waist such was the tightness in my lower back muscles, I now visit every 6 weeks and always leave feeling that the muscles are relaxed and feel great, highly recommend Rachel who really knows her stuff.

I have been attending here for several years now and find it easy to make appointments and am always seen in good time. Rachel always explains things in an easy way and tailored to my needs. He approach is kind and effective and she has a good knowledge of alternative treatments if one kind doesn't have the desired effect.
