Thank you for your wonderful support over the last few months. We first met online, where you helped me with breathing exercises for my asthma which enabled me to stop using my inhalers. I have also had a virtually symptom free hay fever season too, just the odd sneeze and sniffle. The course of medication worked brilliantly. I then carried them around in my purse, just in case!

After just one session with Annie I began to feel changes in my breathing, and my stress levels. However, the biggest change was with my migraines. Annie listened, advised, talked to me about some lifestyle changes and suggested some natural remedies. I can confidently recommend her but also want to thank her. Annie recommended I get some Helios Skin Food for my extremely dry hands. I was pretty sceptical because I’ve tried all sorts of creams for a long time and none had worked. So I gave it a go and it only took a couple of applications before I started to notice a significant improvement. Annie’s other advice regarding my general health and well-being is also brilliant, and although im very much a “work in progress”, I am already feeling the benefit of her treatments.

Annie helped me with everything from my thyroid issues due to Graves, my insomnia, heart disease & anxiety. One remedy Annie prescribed actually helped me get my nerves under control enough that I passed my practical driving test - my anxiety was the only thing holding me back & the remedy worked beautifully. The remedy to help with my insomnia I still use to this day & also my remedy for hay fever. Wonderful
