We have employed enthusiastic and experienced staff, who are dedicated to ensuring your search for accommodation will be as trouble free and enjoyable as possible. In line with industry best practice, your rent is held in a separate client account for payment to your landlord and your deposits are held by the Government's Deposit Protection Scheme.

On making your booking with Student Letting Company (SLC) you will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 200.00. This is to reserve your room, ensure it is taken off the market and held for you.

It gives you a clear understanding of what you, as a student, can expect from us, but also what commitments you need to make in return. The Tenant Handbook summarises the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and provides clear housing guidance to support your accommodation experience.

We believe in a partnership forming between you, the landlord, and SLC Property Group and for that reason we will offer a bespoke service to suit your requirements. However the following services will give you the most popular types of service. An initial set up fee of 50% of the advertised monthly rent (minimum 350), plus 10% of the rent collected on your behalf.
