The Fees

A refundable Holding Deposit to reserve a property (capped at one week's rent). This may be retained by us should the required paperwork not be submitted within 15 days or misleading information was supplied or a right to rent check failure or the tenant pulls out of the proposed tenancy. For the assignment, novation or changes to a tenancy there will be a 50 charge or a higher reasonably incurred costs if evidenced.
