Utterly impressed with the professionalism of staff in Kudos Bridal. Two stores were visited, Dunfermline and Morningside, Edinburgh. Both were excellent in choice, customer service and information leading to choice. Unfortunately, I only have the name of Megan in Dunfermline to mention, she was really knowledgeable, the epitome of a dedicated professional and a credit to the firm!

I had the best experience shopping for my dress in Kudos! I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for their dress. The girls were so friendly and welcoming, and made me comfortable from the start by chatting to me about certain aspects of a dress that I liked/disliked. They picked out a few dresses that they thought I would like and were very helpful/patient throughout. The dress that I ended up picking was suggested by the staff and I have to admit I dont think I would have picked it out myself whilst on the hanger! Im so glad the girls suggested that I try it on! Fantastic experience

Amazing! This was the first place I visited and I found THE dress. I had a few other places and the lady who was assisting me encountered me to try other places and styles. She was brilliant. So helpful, got my style and what I was going for. The best service Ive had at any bridal shop. 10/10.

I had a fantastic experience with Kudos from start to finish. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and there is a great selection of dresses. Louise was a huge help in finding my perfect dress and the whole process was very easy from choosing the dress through to the alterations (and they did an amazing job with the alterations!).
