Mark has over 20 years experience as a solicitor dealing with family matters. Before practising as a lawyer Mark had worked as a welfare rights officer and was a qualified social worker. He has been an accredited specialist in children matters since 2000. Mark specialises in representing parents in care proceedings and Public Law matters however complex or serious those cases may be.

Gisele has worked at Phillips since 2004 and is based at our Shirebrook office. She completed her training contract at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Gisele joined the Conveyancing department in 2006, became head of department in 2014 and was made a partner in 2020. Gisele is able to deal with all residential transactions including purchases, sales, shared ownership and leasehold matters.
