Harriet qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and joined Alcocks Solicitors in 2005. Harriet is Head of our Conveyancing Department and has extensive experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, building a loyal client base. Harriet deals with both freehold and leasehold property and advises all manner of clients from first time buyers to investors.

Our fees for acting on your behalf in your conveyancing transaction are fixed to include all of the normal legal work required to complete the sale and/or purchase. Our fees are based on the value of the property you are selling or purchasing, and other factors including whether the property is freehold or leasehold, new build property etc.
