I give ASR 5 stars simply because of the wonderful human being that is Nassar Ahmed. Once he picked up my visa application case, we felt that someone at ASR was finally looking after my case and actually following up on it. His empathy to our situation made a world of difference, especially as I was getting fraught over pandemic related delays. He always made himself available for any questions or concerns we had and passion for what he does and for his clients will make me happily refer him to anyone I know that is looking for a dedicated solicitor! This firm is so unprofessional! Never return calls and never pay their bills. Whenever you call Sameera is always unavailable and will not call you back! Her staff are rude arrogant chain smokers. This firm doesnt care about its clients all they care about is money! They fraudulently falsify legal aid paperwork to obtain more money for work they never do. Reported to the regulator expect a visit from the SRA. I was charged 50 for a 5 minute consultation with family law specialists Bavinder Sambi and the very rude Aliya Yusif who thinks shes Gods gift. Neither have any knowledge
