Very comfortable guesthouse about a mile from town centre. Lovely breakfast cooked fresh. I would recommend the creamy porridge! Proprietor was very friendly and gave us information about where to visit. Superb views over Sandwick Bay.

Value for money very bad.
Superficial welcome. Room with depressing view. Breakfast room too small. Very average breakfast. Only positive opinion: room and bathroom clean. To avoid absolutely.

We were running promotional events across the Western Isles and stayed two nights in Sandwick Bay. The hosts were really lovely and breakfast was brilliant and cooked perfectly - freshly ground coffee was a pleasant surprise! It was a great location with beautiful views and the rooms were pleasant and cleaned very well. Would definitely come back again :)
