Osteopathy
Structural osteopathy addresses musculoskeletal pain through manual techniques targeting bones, joints, and soft tissues. This treatment benefits patients with back pain, sports injuries, and postural issues by restoring mechanical balance. Combining mobilisation and manipulation, it aims to improve circulation and nervous system function while providing tailored post-treatment advice on posture and exercise.
Cranial Osteopathy
Biodynamic cranial osteopathy employs subtle techniques to address whole-body imbalances rather than focusing solely on the head. Particularly effective for infants, pregnant women, and chronic pain sufferers, it works with the body's natural rhythms to promote healing. This approach often yields longer-lasting benefits compared to structural techniques while maintaining complete safety for all age groups.
Pilates Classes
Tailored pilates programmes enhance core strength, posture, and body awareness as part of rehabilitation. Individual assessments determine specific exercise needs, with classes focusing on alignment correction and movement pattern improvement. These sessions complement osteopathic treatment by reinforcing musculoskeletal stability and preventing future injuries through targeted muscle engagement.
Acupuncture
Dry needling techniques provide targeted pain relief by addressing muscular trigger points and improving local circulation. Integrated with osteopathic principles, this complementary therapy helps manage chronic pain conditions and sports injuries. The approach focuses on restoring natural pain modulation mechanisms while maintaining complete treatment safety.
Paediatric Care
Specialised osteopathic care for infants and children addresses developmental imbalances and birth-related strains. Early intervention focuses on establishing proper structural alignment to prevent future health issues. Gentle techniques ensure safe treatment for young patients, with particular attention to parental guidance for maintaining treatment benefits at home.

Report
Hazel worked on my infant son a few months after his traumatic birth and the change in him was immeasurable. After just a few sessions he was a different baby, so content and happy which was the polar opposite of what he had been like. Would highly recommend Hazel.
