Touchstone Glazing Solutions and it's sister company Design Glass are based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. Lead has been used in window manufacturing dating back to the 15th century. Traditionally, it has been used for single glazed leaded lights which are small pieces of glass joined together with lead. Lead itself as a material is widely used today for a number of applications and mechanisms. This is due to its great properties such as density, weight and malleability.

We started Touchstone because of a passion for our beautiful heritage sites and an endeavour to make living in them more comfortable. By designing a glazing solution that worked for historic buildings, our journey has seen us help transform listed buildings and landmarks across the United Kingdom. We thrive off great service and always aim to make the experience run as smoothly as possible, keeping you up to date every step of the way. Our office is open 8.30 till 5pm Monday to Thursdays and 8.30 to 4pm on Fridays to answer any questions or queries you may have by phone or email.
