Marcus made an appointment to come out and look at window that I was unable to open. On the day in question and past the appointment time given to me - I rang only to be told that I wouldnt have been given that time! He told me that he was on his way to me, after a couple of hours later still no sign of him- I rang only for my call to be ignored. I left a voicemail message & emailed but as I expected no reply. He clearly forgot to come to me and proceeded to lie to me!! I dont call this a professional service!!!

Excellent job of replacing my patio doors which had originally been put in by cowboys and went out of their way to cover the gaps left by the previous installation. I also have two windows that wont open and in addition lost the window keys. Thinking I would need to get the windows replaced I asked Marcus for a quote. Marcus suggested new handles instead and he will be coming back to fit these saving me a fortune. Highly recommended and trustworthy.
