Condescending, arrogant, ignorant staff. Spent roughly four months chasing different paperwork I apparently needed for a refund to then be told i needed a different piece of paperwork every time I handed in the paperwork they requested. Given several numbers to ring and several people to chase and constantly being told different things by different people. I will never use nor will I ever suggest someone to use this solicitors. Awful.

Made it sound on the phone like I would have plenty of time & advice at my appointment but felt very rushed & wasn't given any information I didn't already know.... only thing I was was a 100 worse off!!! I won't be using them again
