I had previously instructed a well known solicitor, who where awful to deal with and dismissed all my needs. This lead me to research further, I chose Smith Jones for my personal injury claim based on their accreditations and I felt their website was very informative which gave me hope. On dealing with my transaction I cannot fault them. They are professional, informative, they listen to your needs, every question was answered and no question was too much. No Win No Fee? Don't believe it, I was asked to contribute to the cost of a Barrister! I was persuaded to engage Smith Jones professional services and everything seemed ok. I wont nit pick about matters but prefer to summarise. Two days before the case was due to be heard in court I was asked to pay 50% of the cost of a Barrister who wanted over 2k to represent me. It was put to me that it was too late in the day to find someone else on a no win no fee basis therefore this was the best option all round. I was also advised that if the case did not go to court I could liable for some of the preparation
