Rude, angry and threatening behaviour from a Bakers driver, causing a local traffic obstruction as well. Reported to Bakers for (hopefully) a response .

Can’t believe the bus driver forgot to pick the children up for school this morning, daughter missed her trip and we had to pay to get the service bus at 9.40 and get to school late at 10.15!! How can a bus driver forget to pick the children up? They have a route plan!

These guys are fantastic. We had to change our party at the very last minute because the original venue was about to flood. With only a few hours notice Bakers very calmly completely changed the route and pickups to accommodate a new venue in a different town to ensure that all our guests made it. Can’t thank you enough!
